I recently took a pretty good spill in the garage of a house i am renting. Unfortunatly i tore my ACL. I do not have health insurance so i am having to pay out of pocket for my medical bills. I would like to know if his home owners insurance would cover my medical bills.

yes his home owners insurance will pay your bills if he doesn’t give you his Information than he will become responsible for your bills

Nobody was hurt. Driver in Custody. Passenger In Custody… The Teapot Queen was 3rd on the Scene… She rang the Emergency Services. The Police arrived “5 Minutes” after the Crash… The Low Level Aerobaticists ran away on Foot. The Driver owned the Ute (SS Comodore, around 400 Hp !) but had no licence. Rumour has it that illegal Mental States were involved. The Toxicology, & the Abscence of a Licence, means the Car’s Insurance is Void. So, while awaiting the Prosecution of a string of Charges, the Youngster will be wondering how to pay the Finance Company their 000, plus the Homeowner’s Insurance Company for the things he broke… Thou Shalt Not drive, Unlicensed, a 400 Hp Vehicle, at twice the Speed Limit, while intoxicated, past a School, & into a House. Apparently. It seems. Clearly !
